Enriched 000 wheat flour, law 25.630 (ferrous sulfate: 30mg/kg as iron, nicotinamide: 13mg/kg, thiamine: 6.3mg/kg, folic acid: 2.2mg/kg, riboflavin: 1.3mg/kg), water, vegetable oil, liquid yeast, textured soy. Emulsifiers: INS 471, INS48li, INS1100, INS472d. Preservatives: INS 282. Acidulant: INS 355. Antioxidant: INS 300.

FROZEN PRODUCT
Shelf life of frozen product: 6 months. Once defrosted*, the product has a shelf life of 10 days (from the day it was defrosted).
DEFROSTING PROCEDURE
Remove from freezing chamber, place the product in a medium-cooling chamber (5° to 8°) until defrosting (about 6 to 12 hours), then take to the shelf of fresh products for sale or as raw material for food elaboration. It can also be sold as a frozen product to the end consumer; the consumer will follow the above defrosting procedure, or it can be defrosted in the oven or microwave to be eaten immediately.
